How to arrive at our restaurant
Description of the route to Marktplatz Weimar (marketplace) from the A4 motorway:
(irrespective of whether you arrive from the direction of Hermsdorfer Kreuz (motorway interchange) or from the direction of the Kirchheimer Dreieck (motorway junction) |
- Take the A4 motorway exit slip road (No. 49) for Weimar,
- Turn onto the B85 in the direction of Weimar (about 3km away)
- When arriving at the town entrance to Weimar on Berkaer Strasse, turn left into Belvederer Allee
- Then go straight ahead on Marienstrasse
- Turn sharp right on Wielandplatz to Ackerwand (Beethovenplatz underground car park, from here it is 5 minutes on foot)
- Go straight on to Platz der Demokratie (car park, from here it is 2 minutes on foot)
- Continue on foot up to Marktplatz (marketplace)
Alternative route:
- Arriving on the A4 motorway, take the Weimar motorway exit slip road (No. 49)
- Turn into the B85 in the direction of Weimar (ca. 3km)
- At the entrance to the town of Weimar, follow Berkaer Strasse straight on
- Then turn left into Rudolf-Breitscheid-Strasse (town ring road)
- Turn right into Humboldtstrasse
- Turn left into Steubenstrasse
- Turn right into Gropiusstrasse
- Turn left into Sophienstiftsplatz
- Turn right into Heinrich-Heine-Strasse
- Turn right into Geleitstrasse
- Turn right in the direction of Marktstrasse
- Turn right into Kaufstrasse
- Turn right into the Markt (pedestrian area)
